The ECOA “law school” for compliance and ethics officers begins later this month
The “law school” – for which I serve as program director – is a distance learning program presented in weekly webinar sessions starting April 25. Taught by a distinguished faculty of attorneys, it covers a variety of legal areas – concerning securities, governance, corruption, fraud, COIs, privacy, intellectual property, antitrust, employment law, organizational liability and compliance program mandates – with which C&E officers should generally be familiar. This will be the seventh time the ECOA has offered the law school – and all prior offerings have been well received. More information can be found here.
