How many ways can “behavioral ethics” help improve compliance programs?

CSj_Cover_FEB (2)This cover story from the February issue of CSj – a corporate governance journal published in Hong Kong –  counts the ones that seem important to me.  They include ideas for enhancing how companies address conflicts of interest, assess C&E  risk, provide training and communications and engage in investigations and discipline.

But it is only a start.

What would you add to the list?

Good article but the author spells “behavioral” oddly.
